Owner’s, Vista, and Oceania Suites

For cruises less than 15 days, the administrative fee from 180 to 121 days prior to sailing is 10% of the Cruise Fare. For cruises 15 days or longer, the administrative fee from 180 to 121 days prior to sailing is also 10% of the Cruise Fare.

For Owner’s, Vista, and Oceania Suites, the cancellation amount is 10% of the fare paid from Deposit to 181 days prior to departure.

A 100% cancellation fee will be imposed as indicated above for non-appearance at the port of Cruise embarkation at the scheduled time of departure, or the absence of written notice.

Gratuities Information

Starting October 1, 2024 new reservations for cruises departing January 1, 2025 will have shipboard gratuities included in the cruise price. That includes stateroom attendants, butlers, and dining waitstaff, WiFi, in-room dining, fruit smoothies, gelato and artisan ice cream, group fitness classes, and laundry services.

Pregnancy Policy

Oceania Cruises cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during, the cruise.

Children, Infants and Unaccompanied Minors: Infants must be at least 6 months of age on the day of boarding or at least 12 months of age on the day of boarding if the cruise has 3 or more consecutive day at sea. Guests traveling with a young infant that does not meet the infant policy will be denied boarding. No refunds or other compensation shall be due from Oceania Cruises to anyone as a result of the denial of boarding to an underage infant or any accompanying guests. Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by and occupy the same stateroom as an adult 18 years or older. Guests under the age of 18 cannot participate in any Oceania Cruises shore excursion or land tour unless accompanied by an adult. Oceania Cruises does not provide for the care, entertainment or supervision of children.

Smoking Policy

For the safety and security of all guests and staff onboard, Designated Smoking Areas are available on Deck 9, the forward starboard corner of the Pool Deck, and Deck 10, in the aft, port corner of Horizons. These areas are comfortably furnished and conveniently located near food and beverage areas. Smoking is expressly forbidden in all Staterooms and Suites, on verandas, or in any areas of the ship other than officially Designated Smoking Areas. Smoking in a stateroom or suite represents a serious fire and safety hazard to all guests and staff. Guests chosing to disregard this policy will be disembarked at the next port of call and may also be subject to additional fees that will be imposed to cover the costs associated with any damage to and the required cleaning of furnishings, verandas and surrounding deck or accomodation areas. All areas other than those specified as Designated Smoking Areas will remain smoke-free. This includes all guest suites and staterooms,verandas, restaurants, public areas, the Casino and all other areas of the ship. Cigar and Pipe smoking is only permitted on the forward starboard corner of the Pool Deck.
